Five kilometres of beach and plenty beyond it.
Faliraki is one of Rhodes’ best-known destinations, with a long stretch of sand regularly recognised with Blue Flag awards.
It has grown into a cosmopolitan resort for many nationalities and age groups. Families will find a large water park, bowling, a history park and a fun park, while the town offers Greek, Chinese, Mexican, Italian and British restaurants.
Along the beachfront are tavernas, bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. At the fishing harbour of St Apostolos, boats unload their catch in the morning while day cruises leave for Lindos, Rhodes Town and nearby beaches. Kallithea Springs and Anthony Quinn Bay are within about 3 km of Faliraki centre. An official naturist beach is located at the southern end of Faliraki Beach.
Rhodes

Rhodes is the largest of Greece’s Dodecanese islands by both area and population. It lies between mainland Greece and Cyprus, approximately 18 kilometres west of Turkey.
Rhodes Town sits at the island’s north-eastern tip. Historically, Rhodes was famous for the Colossus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Its medieval Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Today the island draws visitors with beautiful beaches, a remarkable sunshine record, welcoming people and varied scenery.
